Environment Fund Annual Ceremony

BLEND Experience delivered comprehensive organization for the Environment Fund Annual Ceremony, which included designing and executing all experience elements from the moment of arrival until the conclusion of activities. This started with children's activities, including dedicated entertainment and snacks, moving on to adult activities featuring carnival games and interactive workshops, and culminating in the preparation and management of the stage program. The BLEND team also designed and executed all decorations to reflect the event's identity and environmental messages. Furthermore, we ensured custom gifts were provided for employees and their children so that the memory of this day remains with every employee. The team played a fully integrated operational and logistical role that included coordinating field operations, managing the visitor experience, and overseeing organizational aspects across all event zones.
